Taconic Investment Partners (Taconic) and development partner, Mitsui Fudosan America (Mitsui), announced on May 15 that leasing has begun at 525 West 52nd Street, which is located between 10th and 11th Avenues in New York City’s Hell’s Kitchen. The two-tower rental development brings 392 units and a unique amenities package to the neighborhood.
“We are thrilled to introduce 525 West 52nd Street to the market and neighborhood,” said Daniel McInerney, vice president at Taconic. “From the thoughtful design to the 35,000 square feet of amenities and unparalleled level of service, 525 will set itself apart from other developments in the neighborhood, while also paying tribute to the rich history of Hell’s Kitchen.”
Architecture firm, Handel Architects, designed the two towers, which stand at 22- and 14-stories, to honor the factories that once defined the area. Both the exterior and interior of the development are blended with a touch of modernism with their use of glass and metal panels. The towers’ interiors also feature European-style millwork, condo-quality kitchens and bathrooms and windows that display views of the Hudson River and the NYC skyline.

Situated in the center of culture, commerce, and social activity, 525 is surrounded by attractions including the Hudson River Park, the Theater District, Times Square and Hudson Yards.
Residents can also enjoy a 10,000-square-foot lobby with concrete gallery floors, corten steel sculptural elements, wood ceilings, hand-woven rugs and custom art pieces.
The development offers a range of amenities including a 15,000-square-foot courtyard, recreation level, screening room, full-service pet care salon, fitness center overlooking the courtyard, landscaped roof and fully-equipped conference rooms.

“Prospective renters will be drawn to the sought-after and robust amenity package which epitomizes the best of modern conveniences, and the refined apartments,” says Adrienne Albert, CEO of The Marketing Directors. “Taconic and Mitsui are dedicated to creating a community for the residents at 525, and providing them with high-quality living.”
With leasing and marketing by The Marketing Directors, pricing starts at $2,730* per month for a studio and goes up to $6,900* per month for a two-bedroom home with a terrace (*net effective rent).
