Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine and supermodel wife Behati Prinsloo put their Beverly Hills mansion and New York SoHo loft up for sale.

Adam Levine and wife Behati Prinsloo are welcoming their first child into the world this summer and are making some lifestyle changes in preparation. The couple put their Beverly Hills home and New York SoHo loft up for sale, and according to E! have been searching for a home in Pacific Palisades, California.

Levine remodeled the New York loft in 2014, converting the second and third bedrooms into open space and leaving just one large master suite that features a large walk-in closet/dressing area and a master bath including a Jacuzzi and separate shower. Located on a cobblestone street, the cast iron building dates back to the early 1900s. The loft, a spacious bachelor or couples pad, is already under contract priced at $5.5 million.

The couple’s Beverly Hills home features five bedrooms, seven baths, a tennis court, large swimming pool, panoramic views and a car collector’s dream garage. The home is now on the market for $17.5 million.

Pacific Palisades, where the couple is said to be looking for a new home, offers nine parks, hiking trails and children’s playgrounds including a beach park for family activity.
