The most expensive penthouses currently on the market in Honolulu have just been unveiled at The Waiea tower at Ward Village, a 60-acre community. The five-bedroom 36th floor Grand Penthouse features a private infinity rooftop pool and sky lanai and comprises more than 10,000 square feet of living space.

The penthouse features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Diamond Head, an open-concept kitchen with top-of-the-line Miele appliances and a master bath with a deep soaking tub and dual sinks. The penthouse also offers a one-bedroom guesthouse with a full kitchen, bar and living room and includes a separate four-car garage. The 35th floor covers 8,500 square feet of space.

Listed for $36 million and $35 million, the two grand penthouses on the 36th and 35th floors could set a record once sold. The additional penthouse collection is located on floors 32 through 34 with residences starting at $4.2 million.

Waiea, designed by award-winning architect James K. M. Cheng in collaboration with Rob Iopa and WCIT Architecture, also offers 10 townhomes and 12 penthouses, all featuring interiors by Tony Ingrao. Residents of Waiea are offered amenities including room service from Nobu Honolulu, which will be located at the ground level of the building.
