Back in March, we profiled an estate that could give anyone peace of mind, being listed by Bob Hurwitz of the Hurwitz James Company
The 16-year-old, 101-acre Serenity Vineyard Estate at 10 Serenity Lane in Alamo, California, is just as breathtaking as it was then. It still features panoramic views on multi terraces, a complete vineyard and a multitude of ways to pass the time in luxurious, meditative fashion. We wrote that “Serenity Vineyard is not a home anyone would ever call boring,” and that’s remained true.

This $42 million estate has over 26,000 square feet of structures in total: the main house makes up a little more than half of that total, while the entertainment room boasts another 12,000 square feet of luxury living amenities. There is also a pool cabana on the estate, which doubles as a guest house, and a designer auto garage and staff quarters.
Every corner on the property offers breathtaking views of beautiful Alamo, California, whether it be from the estate’s expansive patios and terraces or the sizable vineyard which 10 Serenity Lane is named after. But for some, the best view might be located in the basement, where a 5,000 bottle wine room awaits.
Serenity Vineyard also features an intercom, in-law suite, elevator, dumbwaiter and security system. The floors are a mixed combination of carpeting, hardwood, marble, slate, tile and more.
Maybe we can do a blog post (that goes to Facebook of course) and then something in the Spring issue as well. There was a blog post earlier. I wonder if it can be updated in some way with the new price of $35M? Should I ask them for guidance about copy, or would we just meld something out of the two thingw below and do a new post?
