Three Hundred Collins Reaches Milestone

09 Living Room Terrace 003Residential development Three Hundred Collins is racking up interest at its stylistic Miami location, where the boutique property sits between the city and the sea in the “South of Fifth” neighborhood. The five-story Three Hundred Collins recently reached the 50-percent-sold milestone, after seven months on the market, and only eight of its original 19 units are still available.

It’s been a thrilling success story for JMH Development, the site’s developer, as well as famed New York designer Thomas Juul-Hansen.

The residential units range in price from $1.7 million to over $9 million. Noteworthy amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, valet and 24-hour attended lobby with personal service, plus a unique rooftop oasis with a 75-foot saltwater pool and hot tub.

Aerea_D2Ritz-Cartlon Slated for Mexico City

A landmark expansion by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, which in 2019 is opening a Ritz-Carlton hotel in Mexico City, continues the organization’s efforts to be featured in Latin America’s most prominent cities.

Upon completion, the 153-room Ritz-Carlton will operate under a long-term management agreement with Thor Urbana Capital and Heldan Hotels & Resorts, and is planned to occupy floors 36 to 47 of the Chapultepec Uno mixed-use project.

Placed prominently in the heart of the city’s financial center, the stunning structure will include 58 floors and 1.1 million square feet of space, making it one of the tallest buildings in the city. Mexico City’s Ritz-Carlton will boast unobstructed views of scenic Chapultepec Park, as well as signature Ritz-Carlton luxury services and amenities, including a Club Lounge and spa.

A growing portfolio of amenity-rich, luxury rental properties owned by
Instrata Lifestyle Residences just got even bigger. The company recently announced it has added the Sunset Vine Tower, a 20-story Modernist building in the center of
Hollywood, Los Angeles, to its collection, raising the company’s number of luxury properties to eight.

“Sunset Vine Tower will continue to set the standard for luxury in Hollywood, now with Instrata-exclusive services, benefits and events,” said Rob Neiffer, director of Invesco Real Estate, the sponsor of Instrata Lifestyle Residences. Its 64 units were inspired by interior designer Kanner Architects.

The tower also offers a resort-inspired outdoor pool with sundeck, assigned and valet parking, controlled-access elevators, and 24-hour security.

Members of the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate network, including many of the world’s finest residential real estate firms, met recently in Seattle for the 20th Annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference.

Luxury brokers shared their knowledge, connected with each other and learned from keynote speakers, while celebrating 20 years of the conferences and honoring the history of Lifetime Achievement Award Recipients.

Keynote speakers included Dirk Zeller of Real Estate Champions, who discussed four keys to lead conversion and increased sales, and Ian Morris, who shared insights from his time as CEO of Market Leader during one of the most tumultuous times in real estate history.

Who’s Who leadership honored past Lifetime Achievement Award recipients for their valuable contributions to the high end community and welcomed John Brian Losh into this esteemed group at the event’s Gala Dinner & Awards Presentation.
