The Guess Corporation announced that it is entering the ultra-luxury home market through the launch of its subsidiary, The Guess Development Company. The company will build homes that will offer exclusive amenities and range from 10,000 square feet to over 40,000 square feet.

While most homes built will have undisclosed prices and be privately listed, the minimum unpublished price will be $10 million. The company is currently inviting select real estate brokers to market the homes to ultra-affluent individuals and families in the United States and abroad. The homes will be part of a gated community developed by the company, and will include a professional golf course, clubhouse, pool, medical clinic and private banking office.

The company will build its first set of homes in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. The first set of homes in North Carolina is expected to be available by early 2017.
