Within four weeks, over 25 percent of homes in the Windrose Tower have sold.
Windrose Tower at Legacy West is set to become Plano’s most prestigious new address. Priority reservation holders are maintaining their high level of interest in the luxury homes in the condominium high-rise.
Since the private opening on June 10 of the Sales Center with its full-scale kitchen and bathroom vignettes, photo realistic renderings and custom finish boards, the priority reservation holders are quickly converting their reservations to purchase contracts.
A 3D, three-foot tall plexi-glass model of Windrose Tower allows homeowners to “mark” their individual condominium location with a gilded ball. The Windrose Tower Sales Center is located at 7800 North Dallas Parkway, Suite 156, Plano, TX.
“The immediate response by the priority reservation holders to the Sales Center and the ability to touch and feel the finishes has resulted in a high percentage of reservation to sales conversions,” said Al Coker, Al Coker & Associates, a marketing and sales firm specializing in luxury condominium projects. “The 25 percent sales figure at Windrose Tower is just the beginning as we still have a great number of our priority reservation holders with appointments to finalize the purchase contracts and select their homes.”
“The Sales Center articulates the concept of Legacy West and how Windrose Tower perfectly fits within that vision,” said Jim Duggan, partner, Windrose Condominiums LLC, “Here, priority reservation holders and prospects will truly experience the vision of Windrose Tower as they secure their future home.” Duggan states that they are planning to submit their construction permit to the City of Plano this month.
Plano’s Jim Duggan formed Windrose Condominiums LLC and has partnered with Ted Bradford, Mark Bradford, Ron Gafford and LJ Erickson to co-develop Windrose Tower.
The 1,800-square-foot Sales Center contains ten photo realistic renderings including both interior and exterior architecture design, exterior and interior amenities, and interior finishes. The center was concepted by Al Coker & Associates.
A full size kitchen, incorporating Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and a full size bathroom, complete with free-standing tub and walk-in shower, allows homeowners and prospects to touch and feel the textures, finishes and color schemes available at Windrose Tower.
Windrose Tower offers twelve floor plans ranging in size from 1,012 square feet to 5,600 square feet, with prices beginning at $650,000 and ranging to $5.5 million. Windrose Tower also offers an expansive, unfinished 11,000 divisible square foot penthouse with 360-degree vistas. Each of the luxury condominium homes will feature floor-to-ceiling glass, custom European cabinetry and generous balconies with glass parapets and built in fireplaces.
Homeowners will also have access to an exclusive owner’s lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness center, two guest suites, a beautiful resort-style pool, cascading heated spa surrounded by cabanas and an outdoor living room complete with a fireplace and summer kitchen.
