Located in Hawaii’s Kukio gated community, one of the most expensive houses on a Hawaiian island is currently on the market for $11.95 million, offering 2.23 acres and 7,353 square feet of property.
Branko Pahor, a Hong Kong-based architect who constructed the home, spent more than $11 million in the land purchase, construction, and furnishing. Pahor’s detailed-oriented approach drove him to even purchase the accessories and decor for the home, down to the cooking utensils and throw pillows.

The custom house is a single-story property, providing five bedrooms with private outdoor showers, a 56-foot long outdoor swimming pool, and a Jacuzzi that can hold eight people. With the touch of a button, gas fire pits and electronic tiki torches can be lit.

Harold Clarke, the well-known real estate broker, says that the newly completed property boasts the highest sales value in Hawaii’s Big Island. Clarke notes that there are many areas near the ocean that recently sold for more than $20 million.
There’s “a lot of covered outdoor space,” Clarke adds, with the property offering views of the Pacific Ocean and Maui Island.

Clarke says that all furnishings would be included in the above-mentioned asking price. This is in due consideration of the fact that the high-end Hawaii vacation home buyers in Big Island tend to dislike the hassles of purchasing new furniture or furnishings.
Pahor said that he has been visiting the Big Island regularly for the last 20 years; he has a strong liking to the Kukio community and its clientele. In addition, several business celebrities have purchased homes in the surrounding areas.

Kukio residential community is a fascinating place in which to live. Here, residents can enjoy the facilities of the Kukio Golf and Beach Club, which flaunts restaurants, two golf courses, a fitness center, and a private clubhouse for experiencing the distinct shades of life.
