At The Shoreline, Solé Mia’s first two amenity-rich residential towers at the 184-acre master planned community in North Miami, residents began move-ins on Feb 19.
The building offers studio, one, two, and three-bedroom rentals priced from $1,700 to $3,700, adjacent to a seven-acre swimmable crystal lagoon, the centerpiece of Solé Mia.

The centerpiece of Solé Mia will be Laguna Solé, South Florida’s first man-made Crystal Lagoon – the ultimate residential amenity. The Shoreline, jointly designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica and Robert M. Swedroe Architects, consists of two 17-story towers with curves and soft lines that feature open floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious bathrooms and expansive balconies with jaw-dropping views of Laguna Solé, Oleta River State Park, Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and the Miami skyline.
The Shoreline’s extensive amenity and service programs include an elevated pool deck and spa, an outdoor dining and grilling lounge, resort-style private cabanas and an air-conditioned poolside clubroom. The Shoreline also features a state-of-the-art fitness center with Peloton bikes, a weight-training room, a yoga studio with Fitness on Demand, a 24/7 virtual workout-program platform.
