The light-filled, Manuel Glas Architects-designed residences are at the center of the Upper East Side and Midtown.
This past month, Third Palm Capital LLC launched sales at The Clare, a new boutique development located at 301 E. 61 Street. The condominium, developed by Real Estate Inverlad Development LLC and Third Palm Capital LLC, will feature modern architecture by Manuel Glas Architects, bespoke interiors and thoughtfully-designed studio to four-bedroom residences.
“Our goal with The Clare is to bring to market residences with a bold sense of craftsmanship, smart floorplans, staggering views and an abundance of natural light on all floors,” said Chance Gordy of Real Estate Inverlad Development. “The Clare redefines the residential experience for the Upper East Side and Midtown by providing the opportunity to own an elegant oasis and experience a true sense of hospitality.”
The 13th floor of The Clare will be a sprawling amenity space featuring a fitness center and flex-room for classes and personal training, a spacious lounge with bar and entertainment areas, and an 800-plus-square-foot terrace. Amenities include a 24-hour doorman and a bike room for convenience.
“One of the most beautiful and unique features of The Clare is the innovative way the architecture plays with the cityscape angles to pull in the most natural light possible. The unobstructed views are unheard of in this part of the city, and residents will be able to take advantage of incredible vistas,” said Tamir Shemesh of The Corcoran Group.
Located at the center of Midtown and the Upper East Side at 61st street and Second Avenue, the building offers proximity to shopping, dining, Central Park, popular fitness centers like Equinox and Soul Cycle, famous cultural instutions like MoMA and The Met and convenient public transportation options. The prices of the residences range from approximately $800,000 to $8,900,000.
