Sarah Palin’s Arizona home, which she bought for $1.75 million in 2011, recently sold for $2.275 million.
Built in 2001, this brown stucco home is 7,971 square feet and sits on 4.4 gated acres in Maricopa County. The exterior of the home features a pool/spa terrace, outdoor kitchen, a basketball/sports court, a putting green and a children’s playground. The estate has six bedrooms, seven baths, a media room, wine cellar, gourmet kitchen and multiple fireplaces.
Palin used the Arizona property, where the average temperature is 73 degrees, as a vacation home and a temporary escape from Alaska winters, where the average temperature is 37 degrees. Scottsdale, one of Arizona’s wealthiest towns known as “The West’s Most Western Town,” is home to large estates, communities, art galleries, spas and resorts with a lot of tourist attractions.
