Slated to open in spring 2018, Silversands will bring a new level of modern luxury to the Caribbean island of Grenada.
Guests and villa owners will enjoy the intimacy of a boutique hotel along with five-star experiences and amenities. Set along a silver-white swath of Grand Anse Beach on the island’s southwestern tip, this stylish property will include 43 suites — 39 open plan suites, three 1-bedroom suites and one penthouse suite — and 9 residential villas.
The villas will include five spacious Beachfront Villas with direct access to the sand and four 3-bedroom Hillside Villas with sea views. The villas will start from $6M for a Hillside Villa and $8M for a Beachfront Villa.
Each of the hotel’s spacious suites — ranging from 580 to 1,647 square feet — will feature chic, simple interiors that blend seamlessly with Grenada’s lush landscape. Also beautifully designed, the property’s nine residences will range from 13,500 to 26,500 square feet.
Guests will enjoy access to a full-service spa, a sauna, hammam, swimming pool and gym. The property will also include a private beach club with resident DJ, rotating art collections and two globally-inspired restaurants.
