The Ocean Cottage Resort in Canada has launched seven levels of Surfside Yacht Suites, offering many amenities and activities.
SookePoint Ocean Cottage Resort has launched its new Surfside Yacht Suites, offering views of exciting nature shows, sunsets and storm watching just 16 feet from the ocean. The Yacht Suites range from 401 square feet to 1,577 square feet, with prices ranging from $339,000 to more than $1.2 million, and are available as primary residences or recreational homes to rent out. The resort also offers one- and two-bedroom ocean cottage suites.
The new Yacht Suites will allow owners many exciting and leisurely activities including whale watching, kayaking among the humpbacks, eagles, seals and sea lions, stargazing, underwater diving and hiking on one of the premier trails in Canada with tidal pools and scenery of the forest and sea that spans more than 100 square miles.
The Surfside Yacht Suites include the same features of SookePoint’s Ocean Cottages, including views framed by windows, decks and sliding glass walls. The suites are complete with elevator access to an underground parking garage and offer optional lock-off rental accommodation.
Residents of the suites will have access to the Grotto Spa, the Surfside restaurant, Centre for Whale Research, south west tip of Canada pavilion, Ocean Fitness Club and the boardwalk. Residents can also enjoy 360° views of the sunrise and sunset over the lush Wilderness Park and host outdoor gatherings with family and friends at Surfside’s Rooftop Gardens.
Every Ocean Cottage and Surfside Yacht Suite is protected by British Columbia’s 2-, 5- and 10-year warranty and comes fully furnished, complete with cozy duvets and celebratory champagne glasses. SookePoint is under an hour away from the airport and ferries, and half an hour to theaters and superstores.
