Questar Properties, a premier regional developer and manager of mixed-use communities, has announced the start of pre-leasing at 414 Light Street, a 44-story luxury apartment building. Located at the corner of Light and W Conway Streets in downtown Baltimore, the development was designed to reflect the rich history of Baltimore.
Questar Properties broke ground on 414 Light Street in March 2016. With an innovative LEED® Silver Certified design by acclaimed architects Solomon Cordwell Buenz, 414 Light Street will make a statement as the tallest residential tower to stand in the City of Baltimore.
On June 9, Questar Properties welcomed its Pre-Leasing Center for 414 Light Street, which includes the complete build-out of a 1-bedroom, furnished model unit of the Cilantro floor plan — one of the building’s 41 different floor plans.
“After much anticipation, we are thrilled to unveil the Pre-Leasing Center, providing prospective residents a glimpse of 414 Light Street’s offerings, as well as an opportunity to explore the wonderful Inner Harbor ambiance,” said Stephen Gorn, chairman and CEO of Questar Properties. “As downtown Baltimore continues its urban renaissance, this high-rise community promises to set a new regional standard for full-service, luxury apartment living.”
Offering studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom residences, 414 Light Street aims to provide a refuge for its residents to celebrate all that enriches their lives, introducing resort-inspired amenities and hospitality-influenced service at the water’s edge.
With a commitment to delivering a 5-star, hotel-inspired living experience, Mid Atlantic developer Questar Properties has appointed David Brown as general manager of 414 Light Street. With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and residential operations, Brown will curate the development’s effortless living experience and activate the building’s amenity suite, a collection of indoor and outdoor recreational spaces.
Dedicated to providing a luxurious lifestyle experience for its residents, 414 Light Street will also boast a private fitness club and exercise studio, as well as a yoga and movement studio.
“414 Light Street is sure to redefine the standard for luxury living in Baltimore, and I am honored to join a team that is so deeply committed to transforming Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and providing top-tier service to its residents,” says Brown.
Brown will oversee all operations and manage a staff that will introduce unique amenities including an outdoor, 16-foot dual-sided movie screen, an al fresco kitchen and dining area, a pet park and spa, a skyline terrace, community and resident gardens, and an urban bosque.
