Cordillera Ranch, a private club and community in Texas, recently announced the opening of its newest neighborhood.
The Springs of Cordillera Ranch, a new neighborhood in the Hill Country’s premier private club and community, recently announced its grand opening with a celebratory event.
“We’re thrilled to officially unveil The Springs,” says Charlie Hill, president and chief operating officer for DH Investments, developer of Cordillera Ranch. “The neighborhood’s cypress-lined creeks and massive oak trees punctuate a unique mix of stunning residential options amid the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country.”
The Springs offers lots from $100,000 to $300,000 with home and lot packages ranging from the $700,000s to over $2 million. The luxury community is ready for development and highlighted by a new entrance, roads and utilities with home sites ranging from 3/4 of an acre to over 3 acres.
Garner Custom Homes was chosen to build in The Springs, with plans including single-family residences offering optimized floor plans and architecture that complements the homes that are already in the community.
“We’re proud of the exquisite homes our Preferred Builders have constructed in Cordillera Ranch,” Hill says. “Garner Custom Homes’ contributions to The Springs will epitomize the finest in luxury living.”
The homes will feature great views of Hill Country, paths for walking, jogging and bicycling and nature trails for hiking and mountain biking. There’s also a baseball field, soccer field and basketball court at The Springs Sports Park. The central location is close to Cordillera Ranch amenities, parks, Outfitters Center and the Gualaupe River.
