The resort-style estate will have a central gathering space offering relaxation, fitness, dining and entertainment areas.
Trumark Communities has recently revealed plans for their Kindred House, which will be Dublin, California’s first resort-inspired community gathering place. The community will be located at Wallis Ranch, which recently had its grand opening, and will be centrally located to all eight neighborhoods. The Kindred House has over 17,000 square feet of amenity space that will provide relaxation, fitness, meeting, dining and entertaining areas for residents.
“We’re seeing a trend of residential communities incorporating more communal spaces to encourage interaction between residents, and Wallis Ranch is no exception,” said Chief Operating Officer of Trumark Communities Peter Kiesecker. He hopes that the space will allow residents to form connections with each other, embrace their active lifestyles and make memories.
Trumark Communities will be working with California-based interior design firm CDC Designs to create a space inspired by local Napa and Sonoma modern farmhouse wineries and the distinct charm of the local countryside. “Our team spent countless hours visiting wineries, hotels and other attractions throughout Northern California to refine our design vision for the Kindred House, which we believe is unlike anything else that exists,” Kiesecker says.
The property will feature a family room lounge space, a grand, open-air pavillion, a gourmet catering kitchen and bar area and a three-acre common area offering a fitness center, outdoor yoga patio, swimming pool, spa, BBQ area. The space is surrounded by over a mile of trail systems and you can find canopy trees, serene water fountains and fire pits outdoors.
“The interior design aesthetic is rustic and relaxed, yet stylish and comfortable inspiring resort-style living,” said Selena Rodriguez, project designer at CDC Designs, “We blended the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces letting residents utilize and enjoy all of the spaces in an unrestricted setting.”
Wallis Ranch consists of 806 single-family detached homes, townhomes and executive homes in eight distinct neighborhoods: Riverton by KB Home, Fielding by Trumark Homes, Trestle and Driftsong by Warmington Residential, Citron by Pulte Homes, Barnwell by D.R.
